Returns Policy

What is your policy on returned merhandise?
While we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, we know that some of customers for a variety of circumstances will desire to return their LED lights. For those wishing to return their LED lights for non-defective reasons you may do so for a period of 30 days after your purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 35% restock fee. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards and owners manuals. Returns will be charged 20% restock fee unless a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time of the RMA. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.

What if my LED light is defective or broken? Will I have to pay to send it back?
In the unlikely event that you receive a broken or defective unit you will not have to pay for getting a new unit. If you do receive a broken or defective unit please let us know right away by using the contact page. If your LED light arrived broken or defective we will have UPS pick up unit and send back to the manufacturer. We will then send you a new unit at our expense.
